I'm glad to hear you had so much fun, and I agree -- my memories of skiing in Utah and Colorado are pretty much like that, pure freedom and exhilaration. I miss it. And agreed also on powder bowls/basins being the best. Powder = love. I'm really glad you got to go.

And dropping out of school to board forever reminds me of a t-shirt I saw in gift shop at some mountain there once -- maybe Alta? -- with a picture of a skier blazing through powder and this text: 'College degree. Good job. Big house. We all make mistakes.'

Ah yes, Alta and Snowbird are sisters, but even so I saw a lot more of Alta than Snowbird. Now I want to go back and explore it.
