So after a while I realised that not only was using either the elliptical or the bike pretty tedious, it also wasn't doing a hell of a lot for the time I was spending. So I've finally manned up and decided to start Power 90.

On a lighter note, yesterday I finally got off of my ass to use the elliptical machine in the gym here in the building. And wouldn't you know it, the fucking thing won't hold a routine in its memory for the entire duration of the time it's set. I only did maybe 20 minutes, and I totally favored my right leg over my left for some strange reason. Which means now my right thigh is more tight than my right. Coupled with the new exercises I'm doing to combat the carpal tunnel (yes, I may have carpal tunnel) and I'm suddenly and terribly feeling my age now.
