So yeah, in Broadcasting class today, the first thing we did was tape Emily's group's project. Of course, Kara and I were sitting downstairs in the library and were *somewhat* late for class.. we were there! Just not IN the studio!! Anyway, we got there, did a run-thru which was horrible and you could tell that Emily was wishing that a few people

Yeah, I felt really bad for Emily, because her group seemed so unprepared. I didn't know that Chapel had said something about how the tech did a good job and nothing about the talent. It makes sense now though, because I was working switcher and Shanita came in and was like, "Tech did good, but what about the talent. It's supposed to be about the damn talent. I guess there was no talent in the talent." I was like, whoa, where's that coming from. Chapel got SOOO pissed at her, because she wanted to do audio and she had no clue what she was doing. So she was like, "How am I supposed to learn if I don't ever do it?" and then Chapel shut up. It's like, she should have done that some other time instead of playing around in class. Oh well though, what can ya do...

Seriously... we've gone to the studio HOW MANY TIMES?? She had all of those opportunities to learn audio - it only takes one taping to learn it.
