I don't really like leftovers either, unless it's pizza. Fortunately, Josh takes them to work so I don't have to worry about them going to waste.

Jake would eat the stuff, I think, like today he wanted lasagna for lunch; but I made him eat mediocre peanut-sesame noodles w/marinated tofu. I didn't love it, but he ate his and the rest of mine so I guess they weren't too bad.

As with everything else in my life, I need to get more organized regarding when I'm going to feed him what so that it all gets eaten. :P Easier to stuff him than to make new friends.

Second this! Leftovers as easy future meals.

I don't like leftovers either. After a certain point I am suspicious of food....and that's probably a day.

Should you ever venture to Italy, may I suggest a destination?

Positano, Italy (http://www.positano.com/en/positano-info)

It's beautiful and I have longed to go there for years. I've been to Venice and other small cities in Italy, however I have not yet made it to Positano and if you look it up on the interwebz, I am willing to bet you will fall in love with it. :) As I have. It's a dream of mine to go stay there for a month - or maybe longer!

That is beautiful. Have you been to Sorrento?

I have not been to Sorrento, but it actually is on my list of cities to see in Italy.

Have you been? Is there a better time of year to visit (ie. weather, festivals, activities, etc.)? ;)

Sienna is on my list along with a return trip to Rome and Florence.

Leftovers for a couple nights are ok, but the same thing for a week (like a large lasagne) would do me in.
