I keep getting these notices in my email that my paid account is expiring, and in the past I have rushed to renew it; but this year I just don't know what I shall do. I barely use this account anymore for posting, though I do read my Friends Page every day or two; I don't comment as much as I used to and really don't know if I use LJ $25 anymore. I

Just cause you don't pay doesn't mean you lose the account! It'll still be here, you'll just have to look at a few ads along the way.
