Hey, Vatheon! [ Note how quiet she is this time. She's been practicing. Be proud. ]

As I'm sure you all remember, (and if not, consider this your reminder) Mayor Elections are being held in Vatheon. It's set to take place next week so be on the look out for it. Remember, every vote counts, so vote for who you think should win!

I'm starting to think this place gets more and more organized until something wrecks it- like the zombies.

... but you know, I'm kinda curious. Why don't you just... share the mayoral spot? Wouldn't the work be easier with two people to manage it?

We're trying to make a system so when something like that does happen, it won't wreck everything.

Well... I guess this way, people have more of say for who has greater power. But I know if I win, I'll definitely ask Justice to come and help me. He's a pretty cool guy, and is really dedicated.

Plus, a little competition would make Vatheon a little more lively, I think.

Well... best of luck, I guess! I mean, everyone seemed to at least be cooperating when the zombies hit.

[Listening intently followed by a quick nod. She gets it!] Oh, I gotcha! Hehe, well, all's well that ends well! I'll have to think about my vote a while more, though....

Luckily, everyone here is pretty new to change, so we're all good.

Yes, think it over. It's a big deal!

That's a-okay with me, little lady! I hope they vote wisely.

[ Grin back! ]

Eh, either way they'll be fine. I've got faith in you, Justice.

Same to you, Miss Hime.

[A good ol' fashioned American smile here.]

So the mayor's role will be to act as an easily recognised public figure concerned with people's needs and morale?

If you establish rules and regulations, will you simply not enforce them?

Of course there will be enforcement, otherwise there wouldn't be any reason to have rules.

I feel like enforcing the rules wouldn't or shouldn't be very necessary. People here have common sense; they know what they can and can't do. I feel like writing them down wouldn't even be that important.

And if there are some who choose to live outside of the rules?
