I love that she had a negative reaction to Stefan and it doesn't surprise me that he would try to take advantage. Damon being human is a great twist. Is he the only one because I wouldn't trust Stefan not to use every vampire trick to get Elena back. I am loving this story thanks for updating so quickly.
i gotta say (again) I'm loving this story. I've read a couple variations on the whole 'amnesia/compelled' thing, but I'm liking this one the best. (there was one i liked by Irish Contessa? where the brothers come back and have no memory,..err... they come to MF for the first time, but they don't know anything, or their history with one another so they're just normal vampire brothers, and meet Elena... was interesting, but she stopped writing in the middle of it... don't do what she did =P ) While I don't actually see Elena running away from her life (which is probably just a plot device anyway)- even when all is said and done, a la The Jeremy Thing, I still think it's plausible... but everything else you have in this story is awesome.
I especially love her initial reaction with Stefan... haha that cracked me up. =D
