I have cold hands

Cold Hand
So, oh wise people of my LJ friends list...
Should I be at all concerned that my right hand is significantly colder than my left hand. My right hand feels like I put it in an ice bath for 20 minutes and my left hand feels pretty normal. My nail beds aren't blue, so I don't think it's a circulation issue...it's just weird. -
