So yes, i've perhaps decided to keep a list of movies i've watched. Aiming for a 100 this year, though that doesn't seem a lot? Anywho....

1. Slumdog Millionaire: I liked it, but i preferred the book. Dont shoot me! I'm sure if i hadnt have read the book and didnt know the story, i would have adored it, but it was pretty much rehashing what i ( Read more... )

How beautiful is Latika though? What an absolutely flawless woman, and im not gonna lie, have a wee crush on Dev Patel.
Agreed on both counts.

Revolutionary Road is depressing. Holy crap. I did not quite see that coming. But I liked it. It was weirdly... inspiring, in a way.

Oh god is it slit your wrists depressing? The ads look good, but again depressing. I might give it a skip, although Kate and Leo! Who doesnt love Kate and Leo.

Oh and doing this movie thing, cause i already watched Australia on Sunday and im going to see it on Thursday again, does it count as seeing a new movie or is that cheating?

I haven't seen any of these movies yet, but my house mate loved P.S. I Love You and wants me to see it. I, on the other hand, cry at basically everything sad in movies, so I don't think I want to. I read the book and that was crappy.

So I think I'm going to wait for some of the other films you saw to come out here.

Good idea, btw, to keep a list of what you've seen and what you thought of them.

The book was horrific, thats mainly where my loathing came from. I'm not that much of a crier, but had i been alone watching this movie i probably would have been weeping hysterically on the floor or something. Ok it's not that bad. It does have some sad moments in it, but to be honest it's just not my cup of tea.

I've learned to love me some Gerard Butler. My sister was digging on him and I thought he was handsome enough, but I didn't fully start liking him 'til I saw "Dear Frankie." (Wonderful movie, if you haven't seen it!)

Gahhh, so much good stuff out right now! I'm gonna see it all; the question is, which ones go first?

I do love Dear Frankie, made me cry something fierce. However i still just dont get it with him. There is zilch sex appeal.

I think 'Milk' is a very you movie. I think you'd really love that one. Gotta love this time of the year with all the awesome movies. Woot!
