I made homemade burgers for dinner last night, which is sadly something I’ve not done in a very long time. This recipe makes about 7x150g burgers, less if you like yours to be huge.
- 450g steak mince
- 3 slices wholemeal
- ½ tin plum tomatoes
- 3 slices wholemeal bread, slightly stale
- 110g (ish) fresh parmesan, grated
- 1 egg
