If you're the praying type, will you please keep my Granddad in your prayers? Yes, the Granddad who just turned 90 a couple of weeks ago. My mom called me yesterday with some news that he's getting really confused lately and everyone (including him) thinks maybe he slept completely through Friday and just missed that day

I had a grandmother the eventually forgot how to go to the bathroom without my set of instructions that I gave her. =( I know what your going through and I'll be thinking about you.

Well, I hope it doesn't get to that point. At his party a couple of weekends ago, one of my cousins and my sister and I were talking about how he's been so active his whole life. We all think that when his time comes, he'll just go to sleep and not wake up. That's what we would hope for at least. It will drive him crazy if he has to be hospitalized or taken care of. He's always been so independant. I just hope they can figure out what's wrong right now. I don't know much about the aging process, but I think it's a good sign that he KNOWS he's confused. They are supposed to go to a doctor soon. Thanks!
