Hey. I stumbled across your LJ while reading random journals. My best friend is a transsexual guy. He just "came out" to me a few days ago. He is currently trying to get hormone therapy and top surgery, but as I'm sure you know it's proving quite difficult.

I would like to add you to my friends list but won't 'til I get the OK from you. I'm trying to be as supportive and helpful to my friend as I can but unfortunately I know very little about transsexuals so I was hoping to gain a bit of wisdom from other people on line.
