We are getting down to the wire and we need to decide on/find a place to live in San Diego so I am asking you all to please help us decided. Any and all comments and suggested are needed/welcome. Thanks in advance

If I had to choose between those options I would choose #2. While it's a little smaller, it's newly remodeled with all new appliances. The culdesac is great for privacy, and the yard is fenced in so you can let the dog out without worry (not to mention having the baby play out there eventually without worry). I like the layout of the house as well
