Not to freak anyone out, but it sure impressed me. . .

One night last summer I was standing outside gazing at a beautiful starfilled sky. I asked my father (who died several years ago) for a sign if there is life after death, and was answered instantaneously by the most incredibly brilliant shooting star across a full quarter of the sky.

second of all, I believe that signs exist but that sometimes the human eye is oblivious to them. And sometimes we make things into signs because we need to believe that there is someone or something out there telling us that our choices are right.

Michael and I have matching scars under our eyes, a set of three matching freckles on our arms, and received a form of divine/environmental intervention once after a HUGE problem in our relationship - the sun broke through the clouds at the key moment of our reunion. yah, sure...

but i also think that i am a realistic person and so i am hesitant to say we are soul mates and that we will be together for ever... but i absolutely think that i will be happy with him forever.
