Aww, sweetie. I'm sorry you feel bad about growing up and having school start again. I know it's hard after having a blast over the summer to go back to school.
Everyone hates growing up. Even if they don't admit it, getting one year closer to being old is a pretty scary thing. Just think about it this way: you've experienced so much and have many people who love and adore you. That's something not many can say they have acomplished in only 17 years.
Be strong, hon. Sooner or later you'll be watching you're own children go through the same thing. [hopefully much later on in your life though. :P]
ps. college aplications and stuff is a total bitch and stressful, but just imagine how good it will feel to get that first acceptance letter? :)
