I hope this comes across as helpful, rather than condescending: sometimes it takes people a while to figure stuff out re. femme. In the fury to reject things about constructed gender which are truly oppressive, femmes get vilified. It tends to abate as people get a clue that they aren't the same thing at all. Though some of 'em will never figure it out :)
