So I got a job that's not food service. Go me! It's in the mail center. I didn't get the job at FACS, bit the e-mail said I was one of the strongest applicants so I feel good about that. When I go to Admissions for my tour tomorrow I'll try asking again. All I want is another 3-5 hours. Just a little spending money is all ( Read more... )

I'm doing a pretty bad job of bringing back LJ, myself, so no hard feelings. I realized today that I have the equivalent of Gordon Mort Mortinson in my Freshman Studies class and orchestra. He is tall and thin and wears skinney jeans and is arrogant and talks a lot. That actually doesn't sound like him at all ... but I promise, the resemblance is there. Maybe I just noticed it because they both sound the same when they talk. Have you seen any weird wausau doppelgangers at Beloit?

i think the mail center is a good place for you, it's sort of like being the santa claus of campus (not to imply that you are stout, graying or jolly). and ditto on the w-2 forms...i laugh in the face of taxes.
