Yesterday as I was working I was being really smart and open the steamer and immediately reached for the thermometer above the steamer. When you open a steam a ton of steam comes out. Steam is really hot so this hurt I pull my arm away, but attempt to continue working. I use said thermometer to see if the brats are up to temp (they are) but after
