Tab paused long enough to push her Lucky Charms over into the side of her mouth so she could talk. "Don't sound too excited about it, smexy. What's up with you this morning? Or rather down."
Tab swallowed and licked some excess milk off her lips as she watched him. "Actually now you say it, you really do have homesick face. Is it because we haven't found an apartment yet? Or is this like, home-home that you're missing?"
Luke pushed his bowl away and folded his arms across him on the table. "Home-home. I think I need to go home," he admitted. "I don't know where it came from. Just the past few days, really."
Tab snickered as she winked at her fiance. "It's about Riley being a sly dog. Him and Evie seriously can't keep their hands off each other. Not for long."
Her eyebrow crept up and Tab stuck her tongue in the corner of her mouth. "You luuuuuuuuuuuuurve me. You're gonna marry me, and start sounding more and more like me."
"Oh, I know! Fuck... If I'd have even been remotely interested in dating I think I would have pinched his shy act. Lucky for me you like the chicks who are anything but shy."
Tab grinned. "Not me, mate. No idea what you're talking about."
"But seriously, does he really not realise his sex appeal? He's got the studious, doctor, tall, quiet, floppy hair thing going on. There are whole singles websites dedicated to chicks looking for guys like him."
Luke snorted and pinched her arse. "You're getting there," he joked.

"Oh? This is all one-sided, is it? Who is it that's been dropping more and more 'mates' into their conversation of late, hmm?" he said, laughing.
