Izzy didn't mind driving. Not when it had a purpose, and certainly not when there was a sexy crippled footballer at the end of it. She was still in her work clothes, but a couple of the buttons had been popped on her shirt to make it a little more alluring, instead of looking like she was about to show to interrogate the crowd.

Her arms were wrapped around Cameron's waist as she stood behind him so he could lean against her and not his crutches. God only knew she could understand how sore his underarms had to be getting. She turned her head to nuzzle against his cheek, a grin on her face. "So I get great music, and you all in one go? Best impromptu date ever. Princeton definitely rocks harder than I remember. They even played Zeppelin. I might just be a fan for life now... It's definitely a gig to remember, that's for sure. Aiden's very good at his job."

Cameron laughed. "I think maybe Tab and Lachlan both want to kill him painfully, now. Luke looks like he maybe wants to kill him and kiss him all at the same time, which is kind of kinky. It's the first time I've seen Tab perform, but I've seen Lachlan more than I've probably changed my underpants. Together, they're just fucking amazing." He looked around, scratching his head. He still couldn't see Lachlan anywhere, but Pat was at the bar with Aiden, though distinctly less touchy feely than they had been at the twin party. "Sure you aren't going to get in the shit for taking time off like this? And, do you mind if I smoke?"

"What's rock without a little roll?" Iz said as she started to laugh. "I don't think this kind of thing is ever meant to be smooth. It'd be too boring otherwise. Hopefully Aiden can keep himself out of harm's way. It'd be nice if I didn't have to go back on duty. The whole point of skipping off is to avoid work." She kissed the side of Cameron's face, and her fingers walked up under her shirt so she could rub them against the warm skin on his stomach. "You can smoke, but only if you let me share. It's one of my bad habits you should probably be aware of... I never buy my own pack. I always shared Campbell's but he... yeah."

"Fucked off and died?" Cameron asked, though it was teasing. "I bet you actually told him to do that so many times in the past. See, you'll be able to laugh about it one day. He seems like a nice guy. The whole married ex thing is... yeah, I know I gave you shit about it that day at Aiden's apartment, but it's really not an issue. I think I was just having a stupid day. I was still feeling sorry for myself and all that. I don't mind your past, I really don't. I just needed you to know that. And I need to stop automatically thinking of my surrogate brother when you say Campbell."

He took his pack of cigarettes out of his pocket and glanced around to make sure Tara with RJ or Evie weren't anywhere in inhaling distance and then lit one up. He blew the smoke out slowly and offered her the cigarette. "I only smoke socially. Don't usually do it much during season, but hey, nothing stopping me now."
