I love you, you know that, but suck it up dear. The fact is you rarely post and when you do it tends to be memes. Post some real content and people will respond. And really, it's just journal. If you want some give and take, go to my info page, find my e-mail address and send me something. I promise I'll respond.
Ditto here, kiddo, all that she said. Plus, remember this is LJ and its quirky as heck. People are constantly complaining that thoughtful posts get very little response, while one liners get all sorts of comments. People are odd, and so are the ways they respond to things. If you really want to become the next Happy Harry Harcore (see Pump Up the Volume if you dont get the reference) then try checking out journals that have attracted a following and a lot of comments and see what it is about their style that draws people.
I could suggest a few that I have been drawn to, and that get ridiculous amounts of comments.

Yup, what she said too. You rarely comment in my journal or Harry's for that matter. He doesn't post much but I'm a posting fiend. Also, why don't you search for communities on LJ geared toward your age? There are a few teen communities, I looked.
