Very simple tut.
All base and color layers!! ^_^

First crop your base and touch it. I soften Liv's skin with the blur tool and sharpened her eyes and lips. Once you have your base we can start making it pretty colors!!
Duplicate you base twice. Set the first duplicate at soft light 64% and the second at screen 77%.
New color layer with #80caf1 set at color burn 100%.
Make two new color layers both with #00125c. Set the first to Screen and the second to exclusion both at 100%.
I know right now this looks a wee bit funny, but it will get better I promise!!
Make another color layer with #a1f7e6 set to color burn 100%.
Almost done!
Duplicate the base and bring it to the top. Set it to soft light 100%.
To give her skin some more color add one more color layer with #cb87c5. Set this to color burn 68%.
Remember to play with the opacities. This probably won't work on every image. And please please PLEASE do not make the same exact icon. thanks!
