1. Someone skimmed my card and stole 500 quid in Egypt. Fuckers. I'll get it back, luckily.

Glad you caught the implied hint.

Yes. Logistics? I've Googled a bit (but my -fu, as you know, is often weaker than yours). I think I can't get a visa at the airport (apparently this is only possible if I book a hotel with Emriates, and they sponsor me?). Yes? No? Or is there a 24 hour quickie one? Or are you nipping to the airport?

Also, we'll have to sort this by 8pm tomorrow - I've got internet till about 11:00am and will be on mobile after that, but my phone doesn't work in the UAE. You'd think they would support a virgin network...
