I don't really use LJ any more. But nostalgia hit me quite hard recently, and so I went looking and reading about my past ( Read more... )

I hope to see you again sometime soon. I don't see you often enough, or really talk to you enough either. I'm rubbish at keeping in contact with people. But when we do talk or see each other it always makes me happy. You are a friend and a lovely one and I hope we stay in contact, however sporadically, for ever and ever.

Sana. I miss you so much! We really don't talk enough. When we do, it's so nice. And like old times in so many ways.

That bounce+epichug in Edinburgh was the nicest greeting from a not-seen-in-forever friend I think I've ever had. :)

I ain't going anywhere (figuratively, obviously I'm always going somewhere literally...) so don't hesitate to send me a message, any time.

You did promise to hynotise me and you never got round to it ;-)

Saying that, I don't think you've had much of a chance. I think it must be getting on for 4 years since I saw you at Cel's house.

I am trying to make myself use LJ again but I'm so out of practice these days. I suppose there's just no drama in my life any more. Which I think is probably a good thing :-)

You were one of the people I was thinking of when I wrote that, actually :)

No, there hasn't been much of a chance. It was loooong ago that we last met! Perhaps one day though.

I like your posts. I know what you mean, though - it's so much easier to write about drama (or just to rant). I'm glad the drama llama isn't visiting you so much these days :)

Do you know, I don't think I ever understood how much hypnosis meant (means?) to you. In that it almost seemed to offend you when people said no. I was always fascinated by the hypnotism and would probably have said yes if badgered long enough, but I'm not volunteering now ( ... )

Well, a discussion of what hypnosis means to me might need to wait for another post :) There were lots of complex emotions tied up in it though, around my own self-worth, need to be 'different', wants and desires, oh lots and lots of things really. I know I did sometimes feel offended when people said no, but I suspect the hypnosis itself was the least of the reasons for that ( ... )
