The latest report I'd read said it was roughly twice the size of Texas now.

I admittedly cried at both. But I was also on hallucinagens when i read the ocean article..definitely not what I should have been reading at the time.

we're pretty much fucked. i mean, if you just look at the waste produced by buying plastic water bottles you get an idea of how fucking retarded we are. nevermind the amount of oil that goes into making them...
