Draco entered the workshop, grumbling. He couldn't believe that he was being forced to attend this idiotic Career Day when there were far more important things that he could be doing.
And so he informed the rest of the group (which he was naturally in charge of) of this in a rather loud tone.
As chipper as he could be, Aidan came in late (as usual) and found himself having to stop behind some student with hair so blonde it made his eyes hurt. Frowning as this student started complaining to the other students, the Auror just grinned and reached out and ruffled the student's hair from behind.
"Dontcha worry none. I'll try ta make it fun fer ya."
Stepping around the student, he then proceeded to his table. Instead of sitting on the chair provided for him, Aidan leapt onto the table and spun around to face the group of students.
"Good mornin'...or afternoon...evenin'...whatever it may be. Just flooed in from an all nighter at the ol' pub...so I'm still a bit lost time and date wise. Now...who wants to be an Auror like me?"
Cydney raised an eyebrow at the man. Draco would no doubt be highly displeased to have his...her...his hair ruffled.
Truth be told, she had added Auror to her list of possible careers, but thought it unwise to admit it. Keeping up appearances and all that. She had to live in her House for the remainder of the year, after all.
She cleared her throat. "While I assume that not all Aurors pull all-nighters in pubs, would you consider yourself to be a...typical example of what an Auror is like?" She cleared her throat again, as if closing a parenthetical. Her new, manly voice still surprised her at times, even if she did think it was rather sexy. In a very strange way.
Bridgette was the last to enter the workshop. She looked around disdainfully -- the whole Career Day was idiotic. As if she had any intentions of working at Gringotts, or even more laughable, becoming an auror. But then again, she was never one to miss an oppurtunity. Forcefully removing her trademark scowl, Bridgette sat down between with the rest and gazed at the Auror who was running the workshop, wondering exactly how much information she could squeeze from him if she played her cards right.
From atop his table, Aidan spyed a newcomer to his section of the chaos. Well...his section was chaos, and that was really as far as his preception went of the career fair. Smiling at the pretty young woman, he found himself taking a second look at her.
"Welcome...glad ye could make it. Thank you for volunteerin' to help...please...come join me atop the table."
Winking outrageously at her, he turned and bent over. Opening up a satchel, he removed four shining shperes of varying sizes.
"Don't be shy. This'll be a blast...I assure you," he told her after straightening.
Bridgette arched an eyebrow. Surely this man was joking. At the same time, she exchanged a quiet and yet significant look with Theodore. She would play along, if only because to act like herself would likely scare off the this man- and as she had the distinct feeling that she could make use of this pathetically gigantic waste of time (easily, even), considering the man's outrageous demeanor. And she'd only been there a minute or so.
Warily, she hopped upon the table. After a moment, Bridgette decided that it would be best to say something. Eyeing the spheres, she looked at Pryde questioningly. "You're an Auror, and so when you say 'blast,' it leaves a girl a bit skiddish."
