This dumb bitch has been written up like 3 times already and does nothing all day at work, yet, she got an outstanding on her appraisal this year. How the fuck did that happen? She

I know how ya feel! On our evaluations at work I always get an average score, but these other ppl who do jack-shit get superior marks. What the hell?!

I think that they are secretly related or something. Boss lady is a "take no prisoners" type of person and extemely professional; the lazy ass chic is nothing of the sort (to be nice). I, like the others here, just don't understand why she hasn't been fired yet.
It's all about who you know, not what you can do...

that's how it is where I work too... when the boss' old boss did my evaluations I got good marks, but once she was gone, and my boss started doing them, my eval was real shitty.
