Free Furniture!

I'm giving away a couch, an armchair, and a couple of rugs. None of them are in fabulous condition, but they're free and functional. They're currently in my apartment, and I need to get rid of them very SOON (that is, before I move). If you're at all interested, please let me know. I'll also probably be trying to foist other random stuff on

In general, I'm interested. Packing is Monday, which doesn't work so well, but I can try and get down sometime this weekend and see what's going on.

Excellent. Let me know when is good for you or I can send you digital photos or something. They're things you've seen in my living room but wouldn't have any particular reason to remember. Basically, as noted above, they're not in good shape (left over from the people who lived in the apartment before Ben), but they're functional and reasonably comfy. The couch has a beige/tan, loose-fitting cover on it that I've never taken off, and the armchair is a dark red/maroon-ish color (I think ... I'm not actually in my apartment right now). And, if you're looking for rugs, there are two mid/large area rugs: one green toned and the other black and maroon (I think?) in a vaguely oriental rug style. These are likewise old, but functional. If you want any of the big stuff, we'll have to figure out transporting it, but we can cross that bridge when we come to it. Also, do you guys need a microwave?

Hmm, following up on my E-mail... I didn't think about them before, but digital pictures would definitely be helpful for me, too, if you have them handy. Seeing the details here, I could definitely be interested in the armchair, if it can be moved, and if it's not spoken for...and if I could either get it today before I leave for St. Louis or if it could be moved to a temporary home without too much trouble... But someone else may be able to take the chair more easily than I could.

I think I'd also be interested in a rug, and that would be easier to move--and actually, if reldnahkram's going to be getting stuff from you anyway, maybe he could take a rug for me and I could get it from him at some point later? Unfortunately, I've been too busy to unpack fully, so I don't have a perfect sense of what I need. But it seems likely that I'll want another rug... If you could send me pictures when you get a chance, that would definitely help...
