This morning I did 20 min. of Pilates, rode the exercise bike for 5 miles, then did about 10-15 min. of stretching. That's normal for me on a weekend day. But what's not normal is then I went to Sun Moon Yoga Studio in Toledo for their anniversary workshop and did a Kundalini yoga set and a hatha yoga set. Also, Laura Shakti did a Belly Blessing
