So, I weighed myself not 20 minutes ago.  It was a scary number, but we won't get into that, since it is not the point of this post.  I immediately jumped in the shower, took care of my business.  After toweling off, I decided I'd weigh myself again, just for shits and giggles.  And low and behold, I'm a pound lighter
