1) Although I have done no formal study-- I am not quite that bored-- yet-- I have noted that car commercials seem to be a frequent occurrence on television. Many of these commercials rely on emotional appeals regarding the apparent fun-ness of driving the car in question. This state of affairs perplexes me. re #14:) I've never done that before but I'm definitely trying the next time I'm in an elevator. My favorite stupid elevator trick is, as soon as it starts going up (or down) to begin walking in a circle around the perimeter. This obviously works best in an uncrowded elevator or if everyone plays. Anyway, when the elevator stops as you're walking around, feels reeeally weird for a second.
