Woah! Talk about coincidences here! There's also a William Dix on the faculty at the Lab School. Also, I was just watching Jeeves and Wooster yesterday and discussing it.
I recently came across the name "William Dix" while reading a book, and my first thought was "I must tell Priyanko". Unfortunately, I have forgotten the exact context, but this was a non-fiction history book, so it was a real (and assumingly notable) William Dix.
