A lot has changed for me in the last two months, it is almost like life has taken a good hundred degree turn. I am still a little to pained to read other journals, although I tried again today, but I have been slowly trying to revive old contacts, to find some of those friends that I really miss ( Read more... )

I would say, try to picture the suggestions in your head, decide which image would make you happiest to look at, and pick that one.

It often sounds as though you could use more joy in your life, and if you can get a picture that brings a bit more of that, I think it would be good.

If it were me I'd say something with lots of warm colors and dancing light, but I suppose not everyone reacts the same to things.

Do you have a link to Paul Lucas's work? I'm not really familiar with it. Some links to what his preferred style is would be good too. Maybe then I can help a little more with what might look best?

*She blushes softly* I have a few I like, and deciding between them is very difficult, really it is somewhat of a four way tie, with 2 on the adorable side and the other two on the sexy side. I am thinking of doing a second when I can work up the money this spring, maybe one of the ideas that I do not choose this time. In general, this is like a late christmas present this year, since the one from my parents was a suitcase that I really did not need, since my old one would have worked.

Hm, laying by the fire would definitely fit in with what appears to be the usual style. Though the white butterflies idea I kind thought was cute from the start personally. XD

And I know I want to keep this interesting for both me and the artist. He thougt this project would be worth it, and so I think it will be good no matter what is done.

For me, what touched me as the cutest is nuzzling one of the butterflies. I can see that in my head quite well. And it would look lovely upon my wall. This gets to have a place right next to Hoofire's picture of me, which is the other wall-worthy picture that I have the original of.

Not many would bother to follow that link to here, although I suppose I do not even need to leave it there anymore. Honestly, I rarely use LJ anymore for some personal reasons. I just cannot handle the stress of reading how happy all my friends are, and then knowing I am just making their lives worse with how I feel. So this place really is more abandoned than anything else, although I will always keep it active, because it holds too many memories. I really am found more on my messangers than anything else.

It would be nice to get to know you, as now I have to hear the long story you have. *She smiles softly* Maybe things will change for me soon.
