Ariel is one of my favorite Rayne episodes believe it or not! Yes, Jayne betrays River and Simon, but it is also the episode that he starts to understand her as well and once he does seems less willing to turn River over to the Alliance. It's the start of a beautiful relationship! *winks*

I love the choice of Ariel in this picspam! I just love the way Jayne is simultaneously protecting / betraying the Tams in that episode, but I also love how physically protective Jayne is with her.

And the thing is? I don't ship Jayne/River (I actually tried to, it just didn't work for me, for some reason). But they still make me smile, especially these pics. :)

I used an awful lot of Ariel caps for the I ship it! -spam, too, for the similar reasons. I love how you captured all the shades of Jayne, too. Surprised!Jayne, Thinkin'!Jayne, Cranky!Jayne, Sad-but-not-admittin'-it!Jayne. Lovely job!
I'm not revolting, with my icon. I just don't have a Jayne or River icon right now, so this is as close as I can get. *Sigh* Sorry.
