A strange kind of calm has settled on me. I can't explain it, I don't think I did anything to induce it. It just is. It would be disconcerting - if I weren't so calm. My head is usually so noisy, conflict rages constantly but now... it's quiet in my head. It's so unusual. I'm enjoying the peace. I hope it lasts a while longer

I wish I knew. It was so weird and I didn't realise for a few moments that there was total silence in my head. crazy/beautiful.
