I'm not sure what happened then but I can just guess that it was a precursor to tonight's events

Hey, maybe they're filming a 'reality tv show' in your neighborhood. Or an episode of COPS. Is that even still being produced? Eh.

Hope you got to watch the last two eps. of Merlin sn.1 during the marathon. If not it comes out on dvd, sadly no blu-ray, near the end of April in the U.S. I'm a lucky, lucky Elf. A friend got me the sn.2 episodes the week it was set to premiere. I watched 4 episodes that first night and have been making myself slow down and stretch out the rest. 'Course I still watched it on SyFy twice. Ah, if only I had a Neilsen box.

ps. hopefully SG Universe will pull me fulling onboard the fan bandwagon with the second half of their debut season. I feel wishywashy about the first half. I want to like, root for, bond/identify with somebody, but not even dear geeky Eli or brusk Dr. Rush are totally sealing the deal with my loyalty to the show. Eli's great comic relief and smart, but I'm tired of his pity puppy and depression with the object of his luv. She and her soldier boy are just so young(?), shallow's the the word I want, but they haven't lived or are just too squeakyclean/goshJean to make me want to watch them. And from the pilot, I *so* wanted to like Rush (being a fan of Carlyle) but while I respect the character's intellect, until we get to his tragic (alluded to tragic) backstory and maybe see some heart or find out what he's up to when we see Dr.J sometime this season I can't really find a reason to like him or really root for him, even if he's up against the broken commander of this rag tag batch of survivor's
