It's a little early in the day for many people, and there's a light rain that keeps most people off the back terrace. This place is noted for its flowers, however, and a few people are outside watching them drip

Chris soon appears, bundled up in a tan trenchcoat against the rain. He seems to be trying to pick her out of the small crowd. Once he does, a smile spreads on his face and he makes his way to her table, ducking under the umbrella and taking a seat.
She smiles, shaking her head once. "Not at all. I was a little worried I'd be late." She tilts her head to the side, looking a little confused, but maybe he got a glass eye? "It's good to see you." It's a nice wide umbrella. Rain only beads a little on her gray jacket. "How are you settling back in?"
She smiles. It's real. "I'm a morning person." Her brief glance encompasses surrounding tables; the best thing about the rain is that it provides some white noise and privacy. "Don't worry about it. What's on your mind?"

He signals to the waiter, and orders up two cups of coffee. Afterwards, he turns back to her and settles into the seat.
"And it's good to see you as well. I hate to drag you out of bed this early for business talk."
