Yay!!!! I'm a tenor!!!!! I knew I was always supposed to be a fucking tenor, but the teachers always put me in the alto section, even during freshman year in San Jose State. The instructor there said that I spoke too low which was my problem. She said it interfered with me being able to sing high. Well, duh, but I can't help it, I speak like that. ( Read more... )

Yo,

Well, I do sing (mostly did because I haven't done it in a few years). I've never acted. I tried out for a play in 6th grade, but my voice was too deep and they rejected me, the fuckers. So that put a damper on any more attempts until my final re-emersion that just happened. Besides, I am really sick of drawing, I want to do other artistic things for a change and music has always excited me more than anything.

The play is in Chabot College. When the production is on I'd love to have you come, if you can. I won't pressure you. You're in fucking Santa Cruz, far far away, my darling.

I'll try to keep the green-eyed monster in check. ;-) I was really REALLY looking forward to the play. But ah well, I have been in it before... I'll just have to keep telling myself that ( ... )

I don't get the green-eyed monster reference. Sorry, a bit daft.

Guess what? I am Fruma Sarah!!!! I told my brother it's the crazed one, and he was like, "Oh great! You don't even have to act then!" Which is true and makes me happy, indeed.

I think it's one of the coolest things to have a low voice for a girl. I am happy I have one. I don't really give a shit that they only want sopranos, they're too squeeky and typical and every song done by them sounds the same because it's such an expected sound.
Besides, it's nice to be with the boys ;-P

I wish I actually heard you sing.

When we have the play on show you guys should come and watch it!

Oh, damn, duh, I should know about the green-eyes monster thing.
I definitely think I should love the role. I feel like I might go overboard with it. I mean I am afraid to. I feel like I'll just start howling and convulsing to represent my character. I don't know. Whatever. This is great. The cast is really fun. I love those actor people. You become friends instantaneously.
