last night one of the people who lives below christian came up and was like "i have not been able to sleep all night because you guys are so loud, and it's getting ridiculous. please stop jumping and banging around. it's 5 in the morning."

we didn't really quiet down at all for at least another half hour but she didn't come up again so we must not have been too bad after that point.

in retrospect i think that perhaps my choice to drive alice's busted-ass car from the u district to downtown at 5 AM was not a good one.
