You're getting there, but you copied and pasted the "Thumbnail for Websites", go further down next time to the "Hotlink for Websites"

If you wish to use just a thumbnail, you can check the "remove size/resolution bar from thumbnail?" box to get rid of those numbers at the bottom.

OK, thanks. But if people click on the thumbnail, the picture comes up full-size. Is the idea with the link that people know to click it...?

Most people do know to click the thumbnail to see the larger photo. The numbers tell how big the photo will be. If it's a huge photo, like 1200 X 1600 people may chose not to click, especially those with a dial-up service. I usually post the whole photo unless it is that huge.
