and stuff. This is only the very latest in a seemingly endless string of unbelievably incompetent mistakes made by the INS/BCIS (now part of Homeland Security, yay!) on members of my family _alone_. Congratulations on the 1st!

Yeah, the 'ol US gov. I remember hearing that some years after 9/11 they granted a green card to one of the hijackers who was on one of the planes that hit the Trade Center. I don't remember the exact details, but the green card was issued to one of the hijackers to some former address.
