I'd probably use nail polish, I don't see why that would be harmful...I dunno. I am sure they sell some sort of makeup for teeth.

I can't see nail polish in your mouth being a good thing, but I'm sure there's some kind of nontoxic thing you could paint your teeth with if you wanted to. Anyway, just logistics. I bet it would look pretty interesting.
