1. What did you do in 2010 that you'd never done before?
Walked back to the cottage in Cornwall in the absolute driving rain in just a flimsy teeshirt and skirt. I have never, ever been as soaking wet as that without swimming but you know something? It was FUN! Cold but fun. We couldnt stop laughing!!
Also went to part time hours for the first time since I started working. Only dropped 2 1/2 hours mind, but its there.
2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I didnt this year but I will be trying to next :-))
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No, although a couple had babies at work.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Thankfully no, and I am hoping it continues. The shame of it is that the kids have had friends who have taken their own lives. Very very sad.
5. What countries did you visit?
Um, none!
6. What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010?
MONEY!! Without a shadow of a doubt,
7. What date from 2010 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Saturday 8th May 2010. LEEDS UNITED WERE PROMOTED after far too long away! What a bloody fantastic day!!!
Les' 50th Birthday Party. Two friends turned up who he wasnt expecting and the look on his face was priceless.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Sadly work-related - got Cardiac Theatres its Infection Control Accreditation. Single-handedly!
9. What was your biggest failure?
Not losing weight :(( Not winning the lottery LOL
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
A few cold sniffles, thankfully and just the usual female monthlies which are worsening :(
11. What were the best things you bought?
A few Pros slash zines. A huge Leeds United print for Les featuring 20 Leeds legends actual signatures.
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
The Leeds United players who got us promoted and back within spitting distance of the Premiership.
13. Whose behaviour appalled you?
Sepp Blatter recently. All the homophobic hate crimes. Newcastle United's appalling sacking of Chris Hughton.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Sodding kids...lol
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Leeds United - never a dull moment, particularly last season when we were so close and then it went down to the wire!! I was sooo unbelievably giddy in the pub during that Saturday we gained promotion. Was saying goodbye to a work friend and didnt really want to be there, but only because I wanted to celebrate at home with my family. Still, didnt stop me from being up and down and yelling like crazy when we did it!!
Oh also, got excited when I realised the box of wine I had ordered also contained a free bottle of Dom Perignon vintage 2000 Champagne worth £135!!! Had it when Leeds were promoted - delicious!
16. What song will always remind you of 2010?

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? About the same I would say, although I guess happier because of Leeds United!
ii. thinner or fatter? Fatter - ewwwww
iii. richer or poorer? Poorer *sigh*

Visited Elland Road more and gone to more matches.

Spending daft money. Working LOL

Christmas Day with my parents', but sadly am on call. New Years also at my parents!

Naa, cos I never really fell out of love!

The Legendary Joe Meek - brilliant, brilliant book

Joe Meek's stuff and his stable of sadly rather underappreciated groups and singers.

Not much as we had a large party on the Saturday before.

Chelski, Man Ure and Man City all being relegated!

Slob with occasional lapses into fashionista!

Les, my music, Leeds United, my slash. Certainly not my kids - very frustrating!!
