Complicity is my most fave Sarkney fic ever. It's incomplete, unfortunately, but it's already very long and there is most certainly an underlying plot.
If you're interested, here are my fics. Lots of long, plotty stuff! They're a couple years old though, but I hope you find them enjoyable! Long live Sarkney!!
I've actually got the Ascension Trilogy open in another tab right now; I was planning on reading it tonight! I hadn't found any of your other stories though, so thank you, they're definitely going in my to-read folder.
Okay. It's tough to find all my favourites these days but I found some of mine. I hope they're the sort you're looking for. There may be porn, but I think most of them are quite plotty:
Also, rhienelleth (whose writing I love and have enjoyed many of her fics for various fandoms) has recently uploaded all her Sark/Sydney fic on her journal since the old website she used to archive in shut down a little while a go. Here's a link to her fic tag. All her Alias fics should be the latest ones.
I definitely second the ones above, "The Domestication of a Wild Rose" and "There is But Fire" are both particular favorites of mine. So is rhienelleth's Cities Arc, which will hopefully be re-posted at the link above soon, if not already.
I also love shadesofbrixton's stuff, and these two in particular are long and deliciously plotty (but not at all related to one another, fyi):
Endless Winter Mile - Syd and Sark must save the world from a Rambaldi-related weather catastrophe (with the help of Weiss and Will).
Life is But a Dream - Sydney wakes up in an alternate universe and finds that her relationship to Sark is a bit different than she remembers.
And for nice, lovely, fluff try Univited and its sequel RSVP.
I'm trying to resist the urge to click on links right now, so many of my faves mentioned! One correction, though, the Cities Arc is Auburn, not Rhien. Auburn's fic site seems to be gone, though (hopefully just moved but I couldn't find it anywhere). Her FF.net page is still up at http://www.fanfiction.net/u/459677/auburnnothenna but the Cities Arc isn't there (she's got tons of other awesome fic there though and a particular favorite is Like Walking on Knives - completely and utterly brilliant. There's a short sequel, too.).
Argh, you're totally right! Thanks for catching that! I'm mixing up all my favorites that have disappeared. It's so sad, many of the fics mentioned here have been I've loved coming back to for years. It's such a shame that they're gone. :(
Oh, I LOVE 'Like Walking on Knives.' I had forgotten about that one! Ahh, now I'm going to spend all weekend digging through my old fic folders, lol.

Thank you :) A couple of them were already on my to-read list from when I was searching through archives; I'm glad to know they're worth trying.
