actually i have, had, and still am! *munches away on my peanut butter toast

oh so what kind of produce do you buy? does it taste noticeably different?

i dont have the moolah to go semi or quasi organic lol, but i am watching what i put in my mouth these days. i used to eat tonnes of pastries, biscuits and cookies until i learn of something called trans fat!

Just start with quasi organic. There are a lot of good organic shops in the west. Check out the 2 opposite the old Ginza Plaza. The goods are not always more expensive. Start with stuff like breakfast cereal. They don't taste any different. I take organic apple cider vinegar too. Mix with a little sugar water and rock in some ice. Oohh la la for a hot afternoon;)

ohhh i live near Ginza! i think i saw one shop near the community centre; i didnt know there are 2 lol! apple cider vinegar sounds quite...funky o.O
