well according to experts thats not enough heh. you need to consume a cupful of 2 different veges daily and 2 different fruits to stay fit as a fiddle apparently.
I have been trying to keep to it but its tough! hahah so I cheated sometimes and just have 2 bananas at one shot :P
well i have 3 different fruits a day! but vege is another story...like few times a week hahah

Bro, the Royce extra bitter choc really lives up to its name man! I like my choc bitter, but even then I found it a tad too bitter. The nama choc is good!
