First, I've decided to sort-of-restart this journal everyday or so. I don't find the need to post about my personal life that much, I'm just not quite full of the need to share like that anymore ( Read more... )

You're in SanFran now?

I should (in theory) make it up there at some point from LA. Would it be worth while for me to give you a call at that point? Would love to get together fo r adraink some time and catch up on the intervening years, especially if you're on the west coast now.

That would be fabulous Tim. Just let me know a little in advance when your heading so we can clear the schedule a bit :-).

I'd love for you to meet my wife, she's a blast.

How you like practicing law?

WOOT! Write man!

I don't have the schedule to do many pages a day - but, I try to do 5-10 a week if I can. Maybe I take a weeknight, maybe a few hours while listening to bankruptcy telephonic conferences that I really don't give a damn about. But, it makes me feel damn good :)

If you wanna read what I've done so far - I keep my writing on the journal ravenwriting and have made all such posts friends only (to prevent any "already published" copyright problems) - just friend me, and I'll friend ya back!

I go do it right now, that sounds great. I eventually plan on sending a few people the entire manuscript to see what they think. I had planned on sending the first three chapters to you guys, but I may wait till the manuscript is finished. The more I write, the more the story develops.

I think if you can write every day, in any amount, then you are doing great.

Yar, Everyday would be the best.

And don't be afraid (like I kinda was at first) that if someone has read it, it is set in stone. I've already found a few places where I must change a tad of the back story - and a few things that need altered. I think that was the first hurdle I had to get over - just because RIGHT NOW, it says one thing, doesn't mean I can't change it for the better :)

Funny, ravenwriting and I are already mutual friends ;-).

No real surprise.

Rodgers sent me the nicest quote today. "Final Fantasy VII is depressing like a Shawn Lowrey game"

Is it wrong that I thought that was so kind?
