I got a job with Harris Corporation just over a year ago as a contractor. Now as a contractor I don't get certain things that are appearing to be more important the older I get such as medical/dental/vision benefits a 401k and stock plan, 3 weeks of paid vacation and 1 week of paid sick time, and most importantly a salary increase.
