Well, the past few weeks have been eventful. The last time I posted I quit my team leader position. I got a new team leader. He was fucking stupid. He tried to do everything by the book. Which will make you a good team leader... but it won't make you a good leader all around. He had no idea how to deal with people. And everything evolved
