It will be quite strange to once again be away from home. Nevertheless... I cannot say that I do not enjoy this far more than any time I have spent in Erealia. Though I cannot tell them, I much prefer less elaborate celebrations, particularly for one's birthday. I am grateful... and yet, it is not necessary for such a lavish ceremony.

I am more partial to smaller gatherings, but I do not mind parties. They can, however, get quite excessive... and messy.

I rarely get any of those, of course, so I don't even know why I bother hoping for it...
